Problem Statement: Inconveince at the Gym

An everyday lifter is unaware if the gym is packed or empty unless they actually go themselves.

We created an affinity diagram that talks about 5 different ideas based off the problem of not knowing whether the gym is packed without going yourself.

Fred Pearson- "The gym is not only physically beneficial but mentally."

Our character Tyler has a very busy schedule and loves going to the gym when it's not busy. When in class, he says to himself that he'll go to the gym after class. Only problem is he's hoping it's not packed. He then remembers he can check the new UofSC gym app and see how busy it is. Because of this he realizes the gym is very busy and is happy that he didn't have to leave to check.

This Hi-Fi prototype is a perfect representation of our final app. It has every aspect ranging from diet's and goals to crowd levels at the gym.
